Taught over one day this course provides you with the knowledge and skills to deal with life-threatening emergencies.
You’ll practice skills for aiding patients who aren’t breathing, are in cardiac arrest or may have a spinal injury, shock or serious bleeding.
You will learn how to perform CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and provide basic first aid care.
*This course is taught as a pre-requisite for the PADI Rescue diver programme for any student not holding an equivalent emergency care certification.
This course is certificated by Emergency First Response.
This course requires a minimum of 6 training hours, which may be competed in one day or over 2 evenings.
